The "Table" Trap
In the VICP, injuries are either "On-Table" (presumed caused by the vaccine) or "Off-Table" (must be proven). Over the years, the government has systematically removed injuries from the table, forcing almost all petitioners to fight an uphill battle to prove causation against Department of Justice lawyers.
Most modern claims (Autism, SIDS, Autoimmune) are now "Off-Table".
