This dose exceeds the FDA's maximum safety limit for parenteral (injected) aluminum exposure by 14.3 times.
"Aluminum may reach toxic levels with prolonged parenteral administration if kidney function is impaired... Research indicates that patients with impaired kidney function, including premature neonates, who receive parenteral levels of aluminum at greater than 4 to 5 mcg/kg/day accumulate aluminum at levels associated with central nervous system and bone toxicity." — FDA Warning Label
The FDA has set a safety limit of 5 micrograms per kilogram of body weight per day for aluminum in parenteral nutrition (IV feeding). This limit is based on the fact that injected aluminum bypasses the body's natural filtration systems (gut and kidneys) and can accumulate in the brain and bones.
However, vaccines are exempt from this safety limit. A single Hepatitis B vaccine at birth (250 mcg) given to a 3.5kg baby delivers 14 times the FDA safety limit. A 2-month checkup with multiple vaccines can deliver over 1000 mcg of aluminum—hundreds of times the safe level.
